Application of 10-20 centrifugal fan
This fan is generally used in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, grain, and building materials for high-pressure forced ventilation or pneumatic conveying of materials. Suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non explosive, non self tender, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃ and the highest does not exceed 80 ℃. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m ³.
10-20 type centrifugal fan form
1. The wind turbine is designed for single suction, with nine machine numbers including No.8a, 8, 8b, 8.5a, 8.5, 8.5b, 9a, 9, and 9b.
2. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "forward" and "reverse" can be made into 0 °, 90 °, and 180 ° stopping angles.
3. The fan can be made into two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. Looking at the fan from the transmission section, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, represented by "clockwise"; Turning counterclockwise is called a counterclockwise rotating fan, represented by "counterclockwise".
4. The transmission mode of the fan adopts D-type coupling direct transmission.
10-20 type centrifugal fan structure
The fan consists of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission part, and other components.
1. Impeller: There are 12 forward curved blades of different lengths, evenly and alternately welded between the four circular arc-shaped wheel cover and the flat plate disc, forming a flow channel with a bladeless diffuser. The material is Q345 (16Mn), and the impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
2. Shell: Welded steel plates to form a snail shaped shell core.
3. Transmission part: It consists of a main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box is an integral structure. Rolling bearings are used, and the rolling bearings are lubricated with oil using a full loss system.
4. Air inlet: The converging and dispersing air inlet is made into a whole structure and fixed to the front cover plate with bolts.
10-20 centrifugal fan performance
1. The design and usage unit shall determine the fan number, flow rate, air pressure, and matching motor in the performance and selection list based on the required flow rate and total pressure. If the motor specifications are changed, the speed and power shall be ensured to be equivalent, and shall be specified when ordering.
2. The operating points for each speed in the performance and selection table are the continuous pressure flow curves within the range of total pressure efficiency greater than 83% in the dimensionless characteristic curve of the fan, which are artificially divided into 11 performance points for selection according to flow rate. The performance table shall prevail when ordering.
