The 120T four beam four column hydraulic press is a mechanical equipment that uses the static pressure of hydraulic oil transported by an oil pump to process products such as metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder, etc.

It is commonly used in pressing and forming processes, such as forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, thin plate deep drawing, powder metallurgy, press fitting, and so on. Its principle is to use Pascal's law to create a mechanical device that utilizes liquid pressure transmission, and there are many types. Of course, the uses are also diverse according to needs. According to the type of liquid that transmits pressure, there are two main categories: hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses.

According to the direction of the applied force, hydraulic presses are divided into two types: vertical and horizontal. Most hydraulic presses are vertical and use liquid for extrusion, while structural presses are mostly horizontal. 1. Hydraulic press operators must undergo training to master equipment performance and operating techniques before they can operate independently.

2. Before starting the homework, all kinds of debris on the mold should be cleaned first, and any dirt on the hydraulic press rod should be wiped clean.

3. The installation of hydraulic press molds must be carried out under power-off conditions, and it is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle, or use foot pedals on the foot switch.

4. Assemble the upper and lower molds for centering, adjust the mold clearance, and do not allow unilateral deviation from the center. After confirmation, press the mold again.

5. Before starting the hydraulic press, start the equipment and let it idle for 5 minutes. At the same time, check whether the oil level in the oil tank is sufficient, whether the oil pump sound is normal, and whether there are any leaks in the hydraulic unit, pipelines, joints, and pistons. 6. Start the equipment for pressure testing, check if the pressure reaches the working pressure, if the equipment operates normally and reliably, and if there are any leaks.

7. Adjust the work pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Test one workpiece and produce it after passing the inspection.

8. For different hydraulic press profiles and workpieces, during press fitting and calibration, the working pressure, pressure application, holding frequency and time of the press should be adjusted at any time, and it should be ensured that the mold and workpiece are not damaged.

9. It is strictly prohibited to insert hands and heads into the working parts of the pressing plate and mold when the body pressing plate slides up and down.

10. It is strictly prohibited to strike, stretch, weld, cut, bend, twist or perform other operations on the work while applying pressure.

11. Smoking, welding, cutting, and hot work are not allowed around the hydraulic press, and flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored. Take fire prevention measures.

12. After the hydraulic press is completed, the power should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, lubricating oil should be added, the mold and workpiece should be cleaned, and placed neatly
