Precautions for operating a curved arm elevator:
1）The lifting platform must be placed on a solid and flat ground to prevent tipping over during work.
2）Work according to the prescribed load, and overloading is strictly prohibited. In emergency situations, a maximum of brief overloading is allowed10%.
3）Try to evenly distribute heavy objects in the center of the table as much as possible. In special circumstances, partial load is allowed: the load of longitudinal partial load shall not exceed1/2The rated load and lateral offset load shall not exceed1/3The rated load. The unbalanced load must be kept away from the edge of the platform300Millimeters.

4) Materials that are easy to roll must be securely blocked or tied up.
5）Elevators without manned protection are strictly prohibited from carrying people. The lifting platform used for carrying people is equipped with railings and crack prevention valves. The crack prevention valve can prevent accidents caused by oil pipe rupture leading to uncontrolled descent of the workbench.
6）During work, prevent your hands, feet, and clothes from being squeezed.
7）Press down“rise”or“decline”Button to raise and lower the workbench. If the workbench does not move, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.8）If the lifting platform does not lift and you hear the overflow valve whistling, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Otherwise, the oil pump will quickly overheat and suffer serious damage. The overflow valve is used to protect the safety of the machine and operators, and cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
