The main body of the linear three in one filling machine has a rectangular appearance and is equipped with adjustable feet at the bottom for adjusting the height and level of the machine. The machine is equipped with a bottle flushing system, filling head, and capping system. The upper part of the conveyor chain is equipped with photoelectric sensing devices that have the same number of bottle blocking cylinder machines as the number of cylinders. The lower part of the machine is equipped with a control electrical box.
The machine work is divided into three stages. The first stage is the bottle feeding stage. When the machine is started, the cylinder at the bottle outlet of the machine is closed to block the bottles to be filled and keep them in the filling area. The empty bottles enter from the empty bottle inlet, and the photoelectric sensor at the inlet starts counting. When the photoelectric sensor reaches the same number of bottles as the filling head, the anti drip leakage water tank cylinder retracts, and the bottle blocking cylinder at the empty bottle inlet is closed at the same time. At the same time, the conveyor chain below the filling head is closed. Moving on to the second stage of filling, the filling process begins with the filling head diving below the bottle mouth, and then the filling head is opened to begin filling. After filling to the set liquid level, the filling head closes and rises, and the filling phase ends. The third stage is the bottle dispensing stage. The cylinder at the bottle outlet is opened, and the conveyor chain is started. The photoelectric sensor at the bottle outlet starts counting. When the photoelectric sensor reaches the same number of bottles as the filling head, the bottle stop cylinder is closed and the cylinder at the bottle inlet is opened, entering the next filling program.
Main features of the equipment
1. The filling adopts atmospheric pressure filling, and the filling measurement is adjustable.
2. The machine is equipped with a bottle counting program. If there are no bottles or the counting is not accurate, filling will not begin until the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of bottles to be filled.
3. The filling amount can be initially adjusted to the desired filling amount, and then fine tuned to achieve the desired filling measurement accuracy.

precautions
1. Dry and clean compressed air must be used.
2. Before starting up, the compressed air must reach at least 0.6MPa.
3. When the manual control box controls the rotation of the host, the bottles inside the machine must be cleaned to avoid machine misoperation.
4. After the machine is shut down due to bottle jamming or other malfunctions, it is necessary to press the emergency stop switch and reset it, or press the machine switch once before starting to ensure safety.
