AY type oil pumps come in two structural forms: single-stage single suction cantilever, two-stage single suction cantilever, single-stage double suction cantilever, single-stage double suction two support, and two-stage single suction two support. The pump housing of this type is radially divided, and the installation method is supported by a horizontal centerline. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward, and the shaft seal can not only use soft packing, but also be interchangeable with mechanical seals. The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of thrust ball bearings installed back-to-back. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and for easy maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the suction or discharge pipelines. The impeller, bearings, bearings, and other components can be easily removed by using an elastic column pin extension coupling (or an elastic diaphragm coupling).

The AY series centrifugal oil pump is a modified and redesigned version of the old Y-shaped oil pump

The bearing components have replaced the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies, respectively, improving reliability.

The hydraulic flow section adopts a high-efficiency energy-saving pump hydraulic model, which has an average efficiency 5-8% higher than the old Y-shaped oil pump.

To maintain inheritance, the structural form, external installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of the AY series oil pump are kept the same as those of the old Y series oil pump, making it easier for old devices to be updated and renovated.

The degree of component universality is high, and the universal standard parts are shared by several specifications of products.

◇ The material selection is refined, with the main body made of Class II and III materials. The bearing body and other parts are increased to two types: cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for outdoor use and marine use in cold regions.

There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
