Then, it uses hot air flow to desorb organic matter from the activated carbon fibers and regenerate them; The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (the amount of desorbed hot gas flow is about 1/10 to 1/15 of the original exhaust gas volume, that is, the concentration of VOCs gas is increased by 10 to 15 times) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are discharged. When the concentration of organic waste gas exceeds 2000PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. Part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, while the majority is sent to the adsorption bed for activated carbon regeneration. This can meet the heat energy requirements for combustion and adsorption, achieving the goal of energy conservation. Activated carbon fibers can enter the next adsorption after regeneration. Offline desorption type equipment requires the main ventilation system to be turned off during desorption, but the desorption time can be manually controlled and adjusted to select non production time periods. Simply manually activate the desorption start button and set the desorption time to automatically complete desorption regeneration. The desorption regeneration process, which involves heating, desorption, and cooling of the adsorption bed, can be completed within 2-4 hours without significantly affecting production operations.

After the catalytic combustion of organic matter in the catalytic bed begins, its combustion heat can be sufficient to maintain the temperature required for its reaction. At this point, electric heating stops, and the general start-up time for electric heating is about 0.5-1 hour.
7. The system has a high degree of automation and reliability. In terms of operation, alarm functions such as catalyst chamber over temperature alarm, adsorption bed over temperature alarm, fan failure, and valve failure have been set up. When desorption stops, the fan can operate with a delay to ensure reliable equipment operation.
