Building filter testing systems from components is often the best way to meet measurement requirements. TSI has developed CFT into an easy-to-use system to integrate all necessary components of such systems.

TSI's 3150 Filter Testing System Component (CFTS) consists of software and hardware modules, providing a ready-made solution for all your customized filter testing needs. CFTS is pre configured with TSI's world-class detector and particle size spectrometer solution, providing a platform for many filter testing applications.

Because you need to test filters in various applications according to many different filter testing standards, you need a flexible filter testing system to meet different standards. The CFTS system is designed for this flexibility, using various techniques to measure flow and control fans to achieve the desired flow. It has multiple ports for reading temperature, pressure, and relative humidity, then calibrating the flow and recording sensor data for testing reports. Whether designing a new testing pipeline or updating an existing system, CFTS provides an easy-to-use system with the flexibility to meet your filter testing needs.

CFTS is constructed as the core platform for controlling filter testing, with its graphical user interface used to define testing layers and programs, as well as to run tests as your interface. The CFTS driver communicates with particle measurement instruments and serves as an interface for reading sensors and control flows. During testing, it collects, stores, and exports the data required for test reports, no longer a custom software required for each component change.
