The large tray vertical cleaning machine is a tray cleaning equipment specially customized by Ruite Company according to customer requirements. Due to the large volume of trays, about 1.2 meters long, occupying a large amount of equipment space, and the small area of the customer's workshop, we changed it to a vertical cleaning machine. The drying part of the tray cleaning machine remains basically unchanged, using a horizontal type. Due to the different specifications of the customer's trays, we added an additional drying channel and used manual transportation.

We carefully customize suitable equipment for each customer, paying attention to every detail, strictly designing specifications, flow rates, and efficiency according to the items being cleaned, and achieving significant energy savings while ensuring normal production conditions.

1、 Characteristics of large tray vertical cleaning machine:

1. Adopting variable frequency speed regulation motor to meet the cleaning requirements of different production volumes.

2. The water tanks are cleaned by circulating spray using horizontal stainless steel centrifugal water pumps.

3. The three-dimensional and square installation structure of the cleaning nozzle can be cleaned with cold and hot water to make the cleaning more clean. Each nozzle pipe can be disassembled without tools, making it convenient for operators to clean and clean every shift without dead corners.

4. Each water tank is equipped with a filtration device (internal filtration device is three-layer filtration), which facilitates the cleaning of stolen goods at any time.

5. Design a water purification spray system to achieve the desired cleaning effect.

6. The unique track and stopper hook design makes the tray run more smoothly, and the two sides of the stopper can be adjusted according to the width of the box.

7. The main parts of the shell are detachable, and all pipelines and joints are designed with quick change joints, which can achieve tool free disassembly, convenient cleaning, and no dead corners.

8. Add stainless steel support shafts with a diameter of 10mm every 25mm to the mesh belt.

9. All water tanks of this machine are equipped with sliding design underneath, and all water tanks can be individually removed for cleaning equipment hygiene, making it easy to operate and clean.

10. This machine is designed for three-stage cleaning, with the first stage using hot alkaline water, the second stage using hot water, and the third stage using clean water for rinsing.

11. The regular cleaning efficiency is 300 pieces per hour (depending on the degree of dirtiness of the customer's tray).
