Introduction to the working process of the equipment:
This machine is a servo rotor metering pump for measuring fluid filling, and then enters the packaging bag through a bag forming machine to complete the quantitative bag making and packaging process. The whole machine is fully automatic controlled, including automatic lifting and feeding, automatic metering and filling, and automatic bag making and packaging.
Equipment working principle:
1. The lifting of materials is mainly achieved through level detection and program control. When the level is detected and the material is lifted, the feeding is stopped. After a period of time, the material is fed again and stops when it reaches the level, ensuring the feeding in the silo through some reciprocating movements;
2. The measurement of materials is mainly controlled by servo motors, which perform digital calculations on the pulses of the servo motors through programs, and stop the motor's operation after reaching the numerical value;
3. Bag making and packaging, VFS7300 is a fully automatic bag making and packaging machine that can automatically make pillow shaped packaging bags from rolled film through a molding machine, and complete processes such as sealing, cutting bags, and date printing.
