The CYXB-80 series automatic load limiting protector is suitable for two load control circuits with AC 50HZ and working voltage of AC230V, and is powered according to the rated power consumption; When the electrical load of load 1 exceeds the set range value, the controller automatically cuts off the power supply of load 2. When the electrical load of load 1 returns to normal, it will automatically reset after a delay and connect the power supply of load 2 to achieve dynamic detection control. Load 2 has overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions. When overvoltage or undervoltage faults occur in the line, the power supply of load 2 is automatically cut off to protect the safety of electrical equipment. After the overvoltage or undervoltage faults are eliminated, the electrical equipment of the line is automatically restored. It can be used for power control and protection in household underfloor heating, hotels, student dormitories, staff apartments, construction sites, residential buildings, and places with specified power loads. Limit safety hazards such as fire caused by line heating due to overload. At the same time, the protector has overcurrent protection function.

After the input terminal of this protector is connected, both load 1 and load 2 at the output terminal of the product are in a conducting state. When starting the load 2 control switch, the internal chip and program of the intelligent controller control the capacity used by load 2 to not exceed the set upper limit value (such as set to 2KVA). When load 2 reaches multiple set upper limit values during operation, the internal chip of the controller can disconnect the load 1 control switch within 10 seconds, causing load 1 to exit operation; When load 2 stops using electricity or returns to normal load, load 1 will automatically restore power supply within 10 seconds to protect electrical safety and achieve intelligent load switching without manual operation; By using the explosion-proof handle of the circuit breaker to indicate the operating status of each load, when there is an overvoltage or undervoltage fault in the line, the controller will control the load 1 control switch to disconnect. After the line voltage returns to normal, the power supply to the load 1 line equipment will be automatically restored.
