1.1 The BF type fan case impeller adopts a forward leaning multi blade impeller and a low-noise external rotor motor. The motor and impeller are directly connected, and the fan noise is lower than that of a belt driven fan case. The installation form of the fan is divided into two types: horizontal (W) and vertical (L).

5. Processing technology of BF type fan case
5.1. The fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds using riveting, biting and other methods, with a clean and smooth surface and no welding deformation.
5.2. The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly structure. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profiles can also be used according to user needs). The outer layer of the box plate is galvanized or color coated, with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is high-quality PVC or galvanized soundproof micro perforated plate, and the interlayer is ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce noise. The product can be disassembled and assembled on site.
