Product Overview:

This testing machine is mainly used for overcharging and discharging of batteries. During charging and discharging tests, the battery is placed in an explosion-proof box and connected to an external charging and discharging tester to protect the operator and the instrument. The testing box of this machine can be customized according to testing needs.

Technical Specifications:

1. Size of each test box: 500 * 500 * 500mm (length * width * height); (can also be customized according to customer requirements)

2. Material: Outer box: 1.2mm thick A3 steel plate treated with baking paint, inner box: SUS # 201 stainless steel, 1.0mm thick;

3. Single door, double layered door, inner box door made of stainless steel material, with silicone tightening strip, and observation window on the door;

4. The door is connected to the box by a strong hinge, and is equipped with an explosion-proof cold handle lock;

5. Observation window: There is a 250x250mm transparent observation window on the front of each test box, which is convenient for observing the status of the test products inside the test box;

6. Add PTFE tape inside the test chamber for effective insulation, flame retardancy, and easy cleaning;

7. There is a circular test hole with a diameter of 50mm on the right side of each layer of the box, which facilitates the passage of test connection wires;

8. Control the lighting and exhaust in each testing room through a separate testing panel. In case of smoke or fire, the exhaust fan inside the box will automatically turn on to exhaust smoke.
