The purpose of the fan
G. The Y7-36 boiler centrifugal fan and induced draft fan are a new generation of drum and induced draft fan developed by our factory in cooperation with Tsinghua University to adapt to the use of various dust collectors; A new series of low-noise fans designed for industrial boilers ranging from 0.5t/h to 40t/h, with a maximum total pressure efficiency of over 95%. Any fan with similar inlet conditions and performance can be selected.

G. The Y7-36 series centrifugal fan is a replacement product for boiler ventilation and induced draft fans.
G. The design method used for the Y7-36 series ventilation fan includes selecting the appropriate fan type, reasonable fan operating conditions, selecting the optimal flow pattern, organizing the air source reasonably, carefully designing the blade shape, increasing the gap between the fan blades, appropriately reducing the fan speed, improving the volute design, purifying the incoming flow, and minimizing secondary flow losses. The finite difference method is used to calculate the inlet and impeller cover profiles, and the uniformity of the flow field at the impeller inlet is used as the optimization criterion for the outlet optimization design. Combined with the existing optimization design methods for fan impellers, volutes, etc., and taking into account the degree of integration of impellers, volutes, and air inlets, an aerodynamic sketch curve is obtained. Practice has shown that it can ensure both wind pressure and air volume, as well as high efficiency, low specific noise level, and smaller fan size.
