The Gabrielle CC-23 series is a high-end ink developed to meet the requirements of ultra-high coverage, excellent printing adaptability, and non corrosive special plastics. It is a glossy, low odor, self drying solvent based ink that can be used for both screen printing and transfer printing, and can operate normally under various harsh environmental conditions.

Product Features:
The CC-23 series is a high-performance ink with ultra-high color concentration, extremely high coverage power (even when printed on black substrates, it does not change color), and excellent printing adaptability. It is resistant to alcohol, gasoline, glue, and wear, and is also excellent for screen printing or transfer printing of fine lines, small text, and other aspects.


Product Description:

Scope of application:
Generally applicable to thermoplastic materials such as acrylic ABS、PC、PS、PETG、 Hard and soft PVC materials such as nameplates, signs, processed PET, etc.

Usage:
a. Please stir the ink thoroughly and evenly before use to prevent separation of the special effects additives added to the ink.
b. Before printing, it is necessary to first consider removing oil stains and dust from the surface of the printing material.
c. Please select one of our company's fast, medium, and slow diluents based on the actual environmental conditions of the assignment.
d. Please select the appropriate screen according to the desired printing effect: 77-150 lines/cm.
e. To achieve excellent printing effects on fine lines, patterns, and text, our company's 0J-23-100 temporary setting paste can be added to better prevent the diffusion, burrs, and blurriness of the printing ink layer.

Attention to issues:
a. Before printing, please make sure to try printing first to prevent the quality from not meeting the required standards due to differences in plastic types.
b. When poor adhesion or printing process occurs after printing, please note that it is highly likely to be caused by the migration of plasticizers or other additives in the plastic to the surface. Static electricity should also be considered, and it is recommended to use alcohol or white oil for cleaning.
c. The diluent can be adjusted between 20-30%, depending entirely on the mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effect to adjust the ink viscosity.
d. Due to differences in the substrate being printed, there may be drying variations. Please confirm the actual drying method and time according to the target to ensure post printing quality.
e. Before and after use, the ink container of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding contact with open flames or high temperatures.
f、 The shelf life of this series of products is 1 year from the date of production. Please confirm the availability again if the expiration date is exceeded.
