Product Introduction
Scope of Application
The CJ20 series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated working voltage up to 660V, and rated working current up to 630A, for remote connection and disconnection of circuits, and can be combined with appropriate thermal overload relays to protect circuits that may experience operational overload. The contactor complies with IEC60947-4-1 and GB14048.4 standards.
Model meaning

Normal working conditions and installation conditions
The ambient air temperature is -5 ℃+40 ℃, and its average value within 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃.
Altitude: not exceeding 2000m
Atmospheric conditions: At a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; Higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at 20 ℃. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
Pollution level: Level 3.
Installation category: Class III.
Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed ± 5 °.
Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place without significant shaking, shock, and vibration.

The rated control power supply voltage Us for the coil is: AC 50Hz, 110V, 127V, 220V, 380V; DC: 110V, 220V
Mechanical lifespan: CJ20-10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, and 160 have a lifespan of 10 million cycles, CJ20-250、 400 and 630 are 6 million times.

structural characteristics
The contact system of the contactor is a direct acting, double break point arrangement. The auxiliary contacts of CJ20-40A and above are installed as independent components on both sides of the main contact, and are electrically separated.
The CJ20-10-25A product can be installed with both screws and 35mm standard rails.
The CJ20-10~16A product adopts a double breakpoint simple breaking arc extinguishing chamber, while the rest adopts a multi longitudinal seam ceramic arc extinguishing hood or grid arc extinguishing hood, which has the advantages of high breaking capacity and high reliability.
CJ20-63~630 energy-saving products have a DC universal energy-saving module, which can not only derive noise reduction energy-saving products or DC operation products, but also do not occupy auxiliary contacts, greatly improving the reliability and service life of the product.
