Product Introduction
1、 Scope of application
The CJX2 (LC1) series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), voltage up to 660V, and rated working current up to 95A under AC-3 and 400V (380V) usage categories. It is used for remote connection and disconnection of circuits, frequent starting and control of AC motors, and can be combined with appropriate thermal relays to form an electromagnetic starter to protect circuits that may experience operational overload.
The CJX2 (LC1) series AC contactor complies with IEC60947-4-1 and GB14048.4 standards.

structural characteristics
1. The contactor is protective, with a direct acting structure and double break contacts. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low power consumption, long service life, safety and reliability;
2. Contactors can be used to form mechanical reversible interlocking magnetic starters, star delta pressure reducing starters, and can also be combined with various derivative series products such as auxiliary contact groups and air delay heads according to user selection.
3. Auxiliary contact groups, air delay heads (with delay ranges shown in Table 4), thermal relays, and other accessories can be installed in a modular manner to form various derivative products (see Table 3).

4. The SR2 series surge suppressor has significant surge pulse suppression function, and when used in conjunction with the CJX2 series contactor, it can effectively protect the contactor and extend its service life. And it can avoid the interference of surge pulses on related electronic control systems such as PCs.

SR2-A is used for CJX2 series 09A~22A AC contactors, with specific specifications including:
SR2-A 24V~48V AC、DC
SR2-A 100V~250V AC、DC
SR2-A 380V~440V AC、DC

SR2-B is used for CJX2 series 40A~95A AC contactors, with specific specifications including:
SR2-B 100V~127V AC、DC
SR2-B 200V~250V AC、DC
SR2-B 380V~440V AC、DC
5. Contactors have the characteristics of small size, light weight, low power consumption, high lifespan, safety and reliability.
6. The contactor body has a pair of normally open or normally closed auxiliary contacts at 32A and below, and a pair of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts at 40A and above. In addition, F4 auxiliary contact groups (two or four groups) or air delay heads can be installed on the top, and NCF1-11C can be installed on both sides for their combination (see Tables 4 and 5).
7. In addition to screw installation, contactors can also be installed with 35mm (CJX2-09~95) and 75mm (CJX2-40~95) concave standard card rails.

Installation and Maintenance
1. Relevant technical data should be checked before installation.
During installation, it should be installed according to the prescribed conditions and in line with human visual habits.
3. Contactors with metal mounting plates should be properly grounded.
4. The terminal screws should be tightened. After checking that the wiring is correct, the attraction coil should be powered on and off several times when the main contact is not energized. The test action should be reliable before it can be put into use.
5. If abnormal noise is found during use, it may be due to dirt on the pole surface of the iron core. Please wipe the pole surface clean.
During use, it is necessary to regularly inspect all components of the product, ensuring that the movable parts are not stuck and the fasteners are not loose. If any parts are damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
Use connection method
Generally, a three-phase contactor has a total of 8 points, three inputs, three outputs, and two control points. The output and input are corresponding and can be easily seen. If self-locking is to be added, the wire needs to be connected from one terminal of the output point to the control point.
Firstly, one should understand the principle of AC contactors. He uses an external power source to apply to the coil, generating an electromagnetic field. When powered on, the contact point will disconnect when the power is cut off. After understanding the principle, you should figure out the contacts of the external power supply, which are the two contacts of the coil, usually located at the bottom of the contactor and on each side. The other inputs and outputs are usually located in the upper part, which is obvious at a glance. Also pay attention to the voltage of the external power supply (220V or 380V), which is usually indicated. And pay attention to whether the contact point is normally closed or normally open. If there is a self-locking control, just follow the principle to organize the circuit.
When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic attraction, which attracts the moving iron core. As the contact system is linked with the moving iron core, the moving iron core drives three moving contact pieces to run simultaneously, closing the contacts and connecting the power supply. When the coil is powered off, the suction force disappears, and the linkage part of the moving iron core separates by the reaction force of the spring, causing the main contact to disconnect and cutting off the power supply.
