ModEva Pac can control electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machines (upward or downward) or torsion axis bending machines. Control the number of axes to 4 or 7. Ergonomic touch screen design and redesigned bending software can greatly improve work efficiency. The newly added hand drawn sectional drawing function allows users to directly draw bent workpieces on a 15 inch touch screen.

The 5 function buttons correspond to the basic commonly used menus, and the 2D simulation displays the bending scheme, indicating possible workpiece interference, mold collision, and frame collision. Users can specify simulation bending rules, such as taking the shortest side of the workpiece length near the operator, minimizing the number of turns, and minimizing the number of operation actions. The system can also display the placement position of bent sheet metal between molds.

According to the needs, various axes, input/output, and auxiliary functions can be configured. Hydraulic or mechanical deflection compensation, main pressure control, bending assistance, calculation of bending deformation compensation, single page programming.

ModEvaPac is compatible with early DNC15, DNC880S, and DNC80 systems and can be used as an alternative.
