The FTT series carbon ceramic pump is a single-stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump. The pump body, pump cover, inlet pipe, impeller and other flow components are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant silicon carbide ceramics, and are protected by cast iron armor on the outside, which solves the problem of easy cracking of silicon carbide parts and enables the silicon carbide pump to operate reliably for a long time under harsh working conditions containing corrosive liquids containing solid particles.
This pump has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy maintenance, reliable use, long service life, and good economy. It is suitable for transporting various corrosive media containing a large amount of solid particles, except for hydrofluoric acid and concentrated alkali solution.
Silicon carbide ceramic pumps have excellent wear resistance, 8-10 times that of ordinary stainless steel metal pumps. Considering their service life, they are a cost-effective slurry pump.

Application areas:
purpose
This pump is widely used in industries such as non-ferrous metallurgy, black smelting, chemical industry, titanium dioxide, rare earth and other media containing a large amount of solid particles. The scope of use can be selected according to the explosion-proof area, and explosion-proof motors are required for use in both explosion-proof and non explosion-proof areas.
The pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ° C to 120 ° C, with a sudden temperature difference of less than 50 ° C.
