One Main purpose and scope of adaptation
The ZB-556 Ceramic Tile Glaze Wear Resistance Tester is designed and manufactured according to the standards of ISO/DIS 10545/7-1996 "Ceramic Tiles - Glazed Tile Ceramic Tile Surface Wear Resistance Test Method" and GB/T3810.7-2016 "Ceramic Tile Glaze Wear Resistance Test Method". Place a certain amount of abrasive on the glaze surface of ceramic tiles, grind the abrasive on the glaze surface, and visually compare the difference classification of the ground sample glaze surface.

II Main technical parameters
1. Sample size: 100 × 100 (mm); Wear resistance tests can be conducted on 8 samples (also known as eight head mills) or 3 samples (also known as three head mills) simultaneously, and wear resistance tests with less than 8 or 3 samples can also be used interchangeably;
2. The distance between the center of the supporting turntable and the center of each sample is 195, and the distance between adjacent sample fixtures is equal;

III Main structure and working principle
The instrument consists of a body, a transmission mechanism, a supporting turntable, eight metal clamp boxes with rubber seals, and an electronic control device. The motor operates at a speed of 300 revolutions per minute through a transmission mechanism, generating an eccentricity (e) of 22.5mm. Therefore, each sample is made to make a circular motion with a diameter of 45mm, so that the abrasive is ground on the sample glaze. The electronic control device controls the pre-set speed, and when the predetermined speed is reached, it can automatically stop. This device has a novel structure, smooth operation, low noise, and easy operation. It can perform tests on 8 or less samples simultaneously. Due to the configuration of a digital time relay, the operator only needs to turn on the power without any monitoring. It will automatically complete the test according to the set time (speed).
Remarks: Includes one test host, one kilogram of F80 white corundum powder, and one set of steel ball abrasive.
