The main content of high-pressure micro fog dust suppression is that when the size of water mist particles is similar to that of dust particles, the probability of adsorption, filtration, and condensation is high. Using fluid mechanics as a theoretical basis for studying dust emission issues, a high-pressure micro mist dust suppression system has been developed.
The high-pressure micro fog dust suppression device system can directly pressurize water (80-150kg/cm3) to generate water mist particles with a diameter of 1-10 μ m, which adsorb and aggregate dust particles suspended in the air, especially inhalable dust particles with a diameter of 5-10 μ m, and settle under gravity to achieve dust suppression.
The host of the high-pressure spray dust suppression equipment is connected to infrared ray to realize the automatic spray function: infrared sensors are installed in the laneways on both sides of the spray site to form two infrared detection lines. When no one passes by, spray or phased spray will continue (when phased spray is set, the time period for spray operation and the duration of a single spray operation can be manually set). When someone passes by, spray work can be automatically stopped. After a period of time (which can be set according to actual needs), personnel will start spray work again. At the same time, there is a manual control button, which can completely cut off the power supply of the spray device when spray operation is not required.

When the diameter of water droplet particles is larger than that of dust particles, the dust only follows the airflow around the water droplet, and there is little or no chance of contact between the water droplet and the dust particles, which cannot achieve the effect of dust suppression. If the size of fog droplets is similar to that of dust particles, the surface tension of water will decrease, making it easier for dust particles and droplets to collide, come into contact, and bond together. As the droplet size becomes smaller, the probability of agglomeration increases, and the "filtering" effect of water mist on dust is formed.
The high-pressure micro mist dust suppression system directly pressurizes water to 80-150kg/cm3, and water is sprayed out of the equipment in the form of micro mist (water mist particles with a diameter<10 μ m) under high pressure. When the size of water mist particles is comparable to that of dust particles, water mist particles and dust particles are prone to agglomerate and begin to settle under the action of gravity, and then fall to the ground.
When a large number of small water droplets form a mist that completely covers the dust source, a very good dust suppression effect can be achieved. The micro fog dust suppression system uses high pressure to atomize water into water mist below 10 μ m, forming a mist cloud above the dust point that completely covers the dust point. This way, when the material is dusty, the dust completely enters the mist cloud, fully combines with the water mist, and gradually increases, falling to the ground under the action of gravity.

Compared with traditional dust removal devices, high-pressure micro fog dust suppression has the following nine advantages:
1. Dust treatment at the source of pollution;
2. High dust suppression efficiency, with a control effect of over 96% on inhalable dust below 10 μ m, avoiding the harm of silicosis;
3. The water mist particles are delicate, and the humidity to weight gain ratio of the material is 0.02% to 0.05%, which can be basically ignored. Form a dense mist pool at the dust suppression point, with no loss of calorific value to the material (coal);
4. Small footprint and low energy consumption (power consumption is 20% of traditional bag dust removal, and water consumption is 20% of traditional spray dust removal);
5. Low water consumption and no secondary pollution;
6. Small equipment investment, low operation and maintenance costs;
7. Can be used for pollution sources in unorganized emissions, enclosed or semi enclosed spaces;
8. Greatly reduce the probability of coal dust explosion;
9. Used in summer, it has a cooling effect on the workshop temperature.
The main feature of the high-pressure micro fog dust suppression system is that it breaks through traditional dust suppression methods, eliminating the need for dust collection, pipeline transportation, and post-processing of dust. Directly control the dust generation location and treat it from the source. Micro fog dust suppression is suitable for any industrial or mining dust of any nature.
The functions, performance, technical indicators, and dust suppression effects of the high-pressure micro fog dust suppression device are significantly better than various traditional dust suppression equipment, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, consumes less water, and has lower operating costs.
