The operation is fully in Chinese menu style, and the results are printed by a desktop printer. The materials that can be detected include: ordinary carbon steel, low-alloy steel, medium alloy steel, high alloy steel, pig iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, aluminum alloy, etc.

1. Measurement range: (Due to the large number of elements that can be detected by this instrument, common elements such as C, S, Mn, P, Si, Cr, Ni, etc. in steel are taken as examples) as follows
Carbon: 0.02-15.00%, sulfur: 0.003-0.300%, manganese: 0.05-75.00%, silicon: 0.10-5.00%, phosphorus: 0.005-0.80%, chromium: 0.01-25.0%, molybdenum: 0.101-6.00%, magnesium: 0.010-0.100%, nickel: 0.010-30.0%, rare earth: 0.01-0.100%... If the testing conditions are changed, this range can be correspondingly expanded.

3. Analysis error: in accordance with national standards such as GB223.3-5-1988 and GB223.68-69-1997
4. Analysis methods: Gas volumetric method is used for carbon, and iodometric titration method is used for sulfur; Other multi-element samples are dissolved outside the machine using the photoelectric colorimetric method.
5 standard curve: Multi element partial memory stores 100 curves (can be added as needed by the user), and regression method is used to establish the curve equation.
