explain:
1、 Scope of application: This machine is used to simulate the riding environment test of electric assisted bicycles. The assembled finished vehicle is placed on the machine, fixed according to standards, and the safety device is adjusted. 3、 Test content and method:
1. Experimental method:
a. The torque resistance T1 of the driving device roller can be set to 0-1000kg-cm, and the output torque resistance T2 of the test vehicle can be calculated.
b. Can detect and record the tire rotation speed of the test drive: N2 (RPM) and the rotation speed of the test roller N1 (RPM).
c. Can detect and record the voltage V/current A/power W of the simulated battery power input.
d. The test can be stopped when the battery voltage falls below the set value.
2. Assistive performance testing: Check if the electric vehicle does not use foot pedal force during driving. The electric vehicle will automatically cut off the power supply and stop the power supply. After reaching a certain speed, the electric vehicle will also automatically cut off the power supply to achieve the dual function of exercise and safety. When following the method described in EN15194-2009 4.2.4.2
During testing, the computer automatically makes the following records:
The control switch of the tested bicycle automatically records the speed of the electric vehicle at all times, and is judged by the maximum input speed not exceeding 6m/h. 1) Auxiliary power is only provided when the rider steps forward. During this test, the computer automatically starts the center axle of the tested bicycle and records the maximum speed motor current of the electric vehicle at all times. When the center axle rotates in the forward direction, the speed increases and the current increases. When the speed decreases, the current curve changes accordingly;
2) When the rider stops pedaling backwards, the auxiliary power must be cut off. If used in conjunction with the brake lever disconnect switch, the cutting distance cannot exceed 5M. If the brake lever disconnect switch is not used, it cannot exceed 2M. During this test, the computer automatically starts the central axis of the tested bicycle and records the motor current change curve of the electric vehicle and the distance traveled by the drum after stopping pedaling, and automatically judges whether it is qualified.
