1、 System Overview

The concealed engineering management system is a monitoring system designed for concealed engineering based on the coverage of processes in the project, which makes it difficult to check whether the materials of the covered processes meet the specifications and whether the construction is standardized. If quality problems occur in the later stage, they will have to be re covered, resulting in rework, causing great resource waste, and delaying the progress of the project.

The concealed engineering management system is designed with a concealed engineering management module. Before the subsequent process is covered, the construction results of the previous process are recorded one by one using a video recording terminal. The recorded location, station number, time, photographer and other information are reflected in the video in the form of watermarks and overlaid on the video frame. After the shooting is completed, they are saved uniformly and uploaded to a web server through wireless network as the basis for pricing. The management unit can access the captured video data of concealed works at any time, and can conduct centralized access through the Internet. Ensure the quality of the project and the smooth completion of the project.

2、 System working principle

The concealed engineering management system mainly adopts the method of video recording. Before the subsequent process is covered, the construction results of the previous process are recorded one by one using a video recording terminal. The recorded video is automatically uploaded to the server in the cloud, archived automatically, and allows users to remotely view the impact data of sub projects, facilitating the construction pricing and quality problem tracing of concealed projects in the later stage.

When using the concealed engineering management system, we will equip the supervision unit and the construction unit with concealed engineering video recorders, build a concealed engineering management system platform, supervise project ledgers, record photos and videos of self inspection and sampling image data in tunnel construction projects, and synchronize, summarize, and store data through terminals.

For concealed engineering construction units, it is necessary to take offline images and video materials related to the construction process of concealed engineering, select the corresponding WBS parts through the system, and connect the relevant construction quality assurance materials for submission and review.The supervision unit confirms through the system and also reports relevant on-site supervision data for concealed works.

(1) Construction unit self inspection: The construction unit completes the first level internal self inspection of the construction of concealed processes (projects) and related acceptance materials.

(2) Concealed engineering inspection: The construction unit shall fill out the "Concealed Engineering Quality Inspection Record Form" and submit a written inspection report to the supervisor 24 hours in advance.

(3) Concealed project acceptance: Personnel from all participating units shall arrive at the site on time for joint inspection.

During the acceptance inspection, the engineering personnel record the video using a handheld video recorder, input the acceptance information through the touch screen, and automatically overlay the operator, shooting time, project name, construction location, and other information on the recorded video. After passing the acceptance inspection, it can only be concealed and proceed to the next process after being signed by all parties involved in the inspection. If problems are found during inspection and acceptance, the non-conforming product handling system shall be implemented. The construction unit shall carry out rectification, rework or repair.
