The traditional filter water distribution system has high resistance during filtration and backwashing, uneven water distribution, multiple stagnant water areas, easy compaction and mud accumulation of filter materials, and the loosening of the supporting layer due to local flushing intensity, resulting in adverse consequences such as sand leakage.

The filter plate is cast using a vertical steel mold, with a water cement ratio and prepared with materials such as fine stone and quartz sand. This product strictly follows relevant national standards, calculates the opening ratio according to design requirements, embeds ABS engineering plastic embedded sleeves, and is equipped with double-layer high-quality double-sided threaded steel bars. Made of high-grade cement, standard fine stone and quartz sand, mechanically mixed, compacted and poured. The horizontal error per square meter on both sides of the filter plate is ± 1mm. The installation in the filter tank achieves high precision with a whole tank error of ≤ 5mm, and the four sides are neat and free of warping, fully meeting the technical specifications for filter tank design.
