High temperature aging rooms and isolated aging rooms are designed according to customer requirements in terms of room size. The entrance and exit doors are insulated sliding doors or double insulated doors, and observation windows can be set up as needed to facilitate outdoor observation of indoor product testing. If power supply is required, install power sockets in convenient locations to meet the needs of product aging testing. Features: low requirements for product style and trolley style, large activity space, simple structure, and low cost.
2、 Chamber isolated testing system type
The size of the isolated aging room in the Chamber is designed according to customer requirements. The testing area adopts sliding doors and large angle glass windows. If the product requires power supply, domestic famous brand sockets are used to fix it on the product trunking or in a convenient position in the testing area for operation. Features: It allows operators to test products up and down without entering the aging room testing area, and can clearly see the B/I status of the products during the testing process; Eliminating the need for operators to enter aging rooms and endure the pain of overheating can save more energy.
3、 Mobile testing system type
The mobile aging room is directly processed into finished products in our company (if the required volume is too large, it is assembled on the customer's site), and the size of the trolley is designed according to the customer's requirements. 2. Room structure and material specifications:
2.1 Wall Materials: The warehouse body is assembled with double-sided color steel insulation panels (EPS panels, polyurethane panels, or rock wool panels), and the thickness of the panels is selected in both directions according to the needs of the aging room itself and the customer's requirements. The thickness of the warehouse panels includes specifications such as 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, and 100mm, and the thickness of the color steel plates includes specifications such as 0.326mm and 0.5mm. The entire warehouse body adopts a steel frame structure with fixed supports such as aluminum profiles. The interior and exterior of the warehouse body are wrapped with aluminum profiles or stainless steel panels; According to customer requirements, the ground treatment part is sealed with glass glue at the joint to effectively ensure the sealing and aesthetics of the room. The combustion performance of the building materials meets the requirements of B2 level in the "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials".

The wind duct system complies with the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" GB50243-2002 standard, and is usually composed of a circulation system, a heating system, and an over temperature exhaust system. The circulation system, over temperature exhaust system, heating system, and supporting air duct system are installed on the aging roof without occupying other space. The circulation system uses circulation fans and supporting air ducts for circulation, ensuring uniform temperature in the testing area. The heating system uses electric heaters for heating, which are placed in the circulation air duct on the aging roof and surrounded by fire-resistant insulation materials. Adopting PID temperature module control, after the temperature reaches the required temperature of the product, the power of the heater is automatically adjusted according to the fluctuation of indoor temperature and the insulation performance of the insulation board, so as to accurately stabilize the indoor temperature at the set temperature value. The indoor temperature can be increased to the set temperature within the specified time. When the temperature rises to the set value, the heater stops heating The heater is equipped with an overheat protection device (EGO). If the customer's own product generates heat, an overheat exhaust system is used. If the heat generation is small, an electric louver automatic negative pressure exhaust is used. If the heat generation is large, a low-noise fan is used for exhaust, and the speed is controlled by a frequency converter.
Cycle temperature control process: When the heater starts heating and the temperature reaches the set value, the heater stops heating. As time goes by, the temperature in the product area will gradually rise. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the exhaust system will start to operate and exhaust the overheated gas in the product area outside. The frequency converter will control the outdoor exhaust fan to operate. When the temperature drops to the lower limit of the set value, the fan will stop exhausting and the exhaust system will be turned off at the same time. The circulatory system maintains a cyclic state throughout the aging process of the product to ensure temperature balance. The entire system has the characteristics of stable performance, precise control, small temperature fluctuations, high balance, and low noise.
Noise treatment: High quality circulating fans with low decibels are used, and the air ducts are wrapped in 3mm thick asbestos, which not only provides insulation but also reduces noise. According to acoustic principles, all dynamic parts are soft connected with canvas and springs

4: Aging room control system;
By using a two-stage PID to regulate the heating amount, precise control of the temperature in the testing area (product area) is achieved. At the same time, the temperature controller can display any temperature in the testing area in real-time through rolling. For independent loads, the temperature in the load area can also be monitored to prevent excessive temperature in the load area, making it convenient for customers to accurately grasp the temperature situation in the testing area. The control system is also equipped with various protection functions, including over temperature alarm protection, fan fault alarm protection, no wind alarm protection, indoor smoke induction alarm protection, etc. The complete protection functions ensure that the aging room can operate stably and without faults for a long time. 6: Control system design and safety protection measures:
6.1 The electrical control design shall refer to the "Code for Design of Low Voltage Distribution" GB50054-95, "Code for Design of Power Supply and Distribution" GB5002S2-95, and "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Devices in Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB50169-92, in order to standardize the electrical control design.
6.2 Control system integration aging function design. Design a functional control cabinet, where the aging time, temperature, and various operation switches can be operated on one control cabinet; The panel design of the electrical cabinet is aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate.
6.3 The aging process can be fully controlled automatically, with some abnormal self handling functions, making the operation automated and simplified.
6.4 It has multiple protection functions and is safe and reliable.
a. Electric heating prevents dry burning. When the fan fails or the temperature inside the air duct is too high, the power supply of the circulation system will be automatically cut off, and the alarm will sound at the same time.
b. The design of electric heating and fan linkage means that the heater cannot be started separately when the fan fails to start. When turned off, both the electric heating and circulating fan are turned off to prevent damage to the electric heating due to dry burning.
c. The heater connection adopts high-temperature resistant wire, which does not burn at 300OC.
d. Install explosion-proof lighting indoors to extend the lifespan of light bulbs and prevent them from bursting.
e. The warehouse body adopts flame-retardant insulation materials with good insulation performance and high safety factor.
f. Overtemperature sound and light alarm function: In case of overheating during the aging process, the red light will turn on and the buzzer will sound.
g. Smoke alarm function: Indoor smoke detectors are installed to prevent the product from burning and triggering an alarm due to certain reasons during the aging process. When the alarm is triggered, the power supply of the aging room will be automatically turned off.
