2. Made by welding imported stainless steel 304 material.
3. Precision meets hygiene standards, with an inner wall polishing smoothness of less than 0.6 microns, and an external stainless steel polishing treatment (can be made into primary color, mirror polishing, and other effects)
4. Imported polyurethane high-pressure foam insulation with conical bottom design. The cooling jacket adopts various jacket heat transfer methods such as Maitreya board, arched channel, corrugated channel, etc.
5. There are washing and sterilization pipelines, material pipelines, refrigerant return pipelines, and CO2 pipelines connected between each tank. All stainless steel pipes that come into contact with the material pipeline shall comply with hygiene standards, with polished inner and outer walls that meet dairy grade hygiene standards.

It comes with an automatic pressure relief safety valve, and does not require refilling bottles for one or two rounds. The main equipment involved in the beer production process includes saccharification pot, gelatinization pot, boiling pot, wort transition machine (or filtering tank), cold wort conveying pipeline, drunkenness tank, wort cooler, beer transition machine, drunkenness mother addition pump, beer conveying pipeline, cleaning tank, filling machine, and various pipe fittings used in production. Cleaning is to remove as much dirt as possible from the surface of tanks, pipelines, and equipment. If the cleaning and sterilization are not thorough, the residual scale and growth of microorganisms on the inner wall of the equipment will weaken the effectiveness of the sterilizing agent. Yeast and protein impurities, hops and hop resin compounds, as well as beer stones, are deposited on the surface of the equipment due to static electricity and other factors, making the equipment surface rough and providing a habitat for microbial growth. Microbial colonies must be removed during washing. Because fungicides are suitable for surface sterilization and have little effect on internal bacteria, they can easily cause re contamination.
