Purpose: The cyclone sedimentation tank system is a pretreatment facility in sewage treatment plants, mainly used for removing large inorganic sand and gravel with a diameter of 0.2mm or more in water supply and drainage engineering.
Working principle: Sewage enters the circular sedimentation tank from the tangential direction, and the rotation of the mechanical impeller accelerates the rotation of the sewage in the tank. The sand particles in the sewage are washed away and sink along the pool wall under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, while the organic substances attached to the sand particles float away with the water flow and enter the next process. The sand that sinks to the bottom of the pool is lifted by air or pump and enters the sand water separator to achieve thorough sand water separation.
Features: 1. Small footprint;
2. The sand removal effect is less affected by changes in sewage volume;
3. The sand water separation effect is good, and the separated sand has a low organic matter content and low moisture content;
4. Adopting PLC self-control, simple operation, safe and reliable operation;
5. Has minimal impact on the surrounding environment and good hygiene conditions.
