Fully automatic packaging line
If users have higher automation requirements for packaging production lines, the following equipment combinations can be selected:
To eliminate manual bagging, an automatic bagging machine can be equipped (bagging speed of 300-1000 bags/hour is optional).
The gas sealed inner film bag can be equipped with an automatic vacuum sealing machine.
For packaging bags with extremely strict factory requirements, a weight verification scale can be equipped to automatically detect the weight of the packaging bag material. If it is detected to be out of tolerance, an alarm will be triggered, or it will be automatically removed after the alarm.
For the food industry, if it is required to detect whether there are metal foreign objects in packaging bags, a metal detector can be equipped. Once metal is detected, an alarm will be triggered, or it will be automatically removed after the alarm.

When there are special requirements for the handling or stacking of goods, a fully automatic robotic palletizer can be used (with a maximum stacking capacity of 1200 packages per hour, or one palletizer can stack two packaging lines simultaneously).
