
1、 Overview:
Compared with general acid mist purification towers at home and abroad, the DGS type fiberglass acid mist purification tower has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, small footprint, corrosion and aging resistance, high strength, light weight, easy transportation and installation, and easy maintenance and management. It is currently a new type of purification equipment for electroplating and acid washing waste gas treatment in chemical, mechanical, electronic, metallurgical, instrumentation and other industries at home and abroad.
2、 Product features:
1. Reliable purification efficiency
During the trial production process, the difficult product performance company conducted simulated production tests on three representative specifications of purification towers in the series, namely DGS-5, DGS-7.5, DGS-20, and obtained a large amount of data. After analysis and sorting, the average purification rate of hydrogen chloride gas was over 95%, and the sulfuric acid mist reached 90% -95%.
2. Reasonable structural design
The DGS series acid mist purification tower uses sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution. The acid mist exhaust gas is pressed into the middle inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan to form a pressure chamber, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles. The bubbles pass through the filter ring layer, allowing the gas-liquid to have sufficient contact again, and then are discharged into the atmosphere through the dehydration air. Based on the above design principles, the structure of a general fiberglass purification tower has been improved, and the following measures have been taken:
(1) Eliminating the circulation water pump system of general purification towers;
(2) A new filter material with a large specific surface area, high perforation rate, uniform hole arrangement, regular arrangement, and small groove retention phenomenon, called a circular flower wreath, was used to replace the commonly used Bao'er ring filter material in China.
3. The quality of the fiberglass tower is reliable and its performance is good.
According to the working environment of each component of the purification tower, resins with good alkali resistance and high structural strength were selected, and the exterior was made of waterproof and anti-aging adhesive resin. To enhance the strength of the tower body, several longitudinal strengthening disks are used on the outer shell of the tower body, and a comprehensive structure combining segmented and segmented cylindrical double cylinder bodies is adopted according to the size of various models. Due to the long-term operation of the purification tower in an environment with acidic and alkaline corrosive gases, in addition to the pressure of the tower body and the solution pressure, it also needs to follow the wind pressure during operation (the total pressure of the fan is 200_250H 2 O). All fiberglass components are required to have good corrosion resistance and maintain high tensile and compressive strength. Therefore, our company has fully considered and eliminated the strength reduction factor under strong corrosion and the discrete performance factors of the hand lay up molding process. Based on the characteristics of the tower structure and usage environment, the entire fiberglass component and its reserve strength should be maintained in the most adverse working environment.
3、 Installation and maintenance:
1. Users should carry out concrete foundation construction based on the basic data provided by our company. The installation surface of the foundation should be ensured to be on the same horizontal plane, and the bottom of the purification tower should be fixed to the embedded steel plate of the foundation with bolts or joints.
2. When installing the fan, precautions should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the fan. After the installation of the purification tower, it is necessary to remove the dirt inside the tower before testing.
3. Due to the flammability of fiberglass, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance.
4. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be maintained within the range of 2-6%. When the NaOH concentration is below 2%, NaOH solution needs to be added. The waste liquid in the storage tank should be replaced according to the actual usage situation.
5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should be protected from rain.
6. The purification tower needs to be managed by a dedicated person, who should regularly check whether the fan is running normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, whether the concentration of NaOH solution is within the specified range, etc. If any problems are found, they should be solved in a timely manner.
7. To ensure the liquid level in the storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising or falling when the fan is turned on or off, it is necessary to open the float water supply valve after turning on the fan, and close the float water supply valve before turning off the fan. The static liquid level height should be controlled at around 650mm above the ground.
8. The metal bracket of the purification tower shall undergo anti-corrosion treatment at least twice a year.

1. Our company's fiberglass purification is resistant to general acidic and alkaline media. If users have special requirements, they should be specified when ordering, and our company can process them specially.
2. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the direction of the fan inlet and outlet, the angle of the air outlet, and the position of the water pipe and sewage pipe to meet the design and installation requirements.
3. For the pipelines before and after the purification tower, if users need fiberglass air ducts, they must place separate orders. Non standard pipelines can be processed according to the design drawings, and our company offers preferential supply.
4. Our company handles packaging and shipping on behalf of the user, with packaging materials and costs borne by the user. Provide guidance and contract installation for users.
5. If users have special requirements for fire prevention, they need to specify them when placing an order. Our company can specially process flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) luminaires.
