This machine mainly consists of a frame, a drive system, an automatic feeding system, an extrusion system, a thrust system, a heating system, a cooling system, a forming system, a rotary cutting system, an unloading device, and an electrical control system.
Structure and working principle of extrusion system
The extrusion system is mainly composed of screws and barrels. The screw is equipped with four levels of compression, belonging to low shear and high compression types, and can be used for both low and high temperature products. The compression ratios of the four levels of compression are different, allowing the material to be compressed to varying degrees at different temperatures and thoroughly kneaded, resulting in a tightly structured and highly expanded product. The inner wall of the screw barrel has longitudinal grooves to increase the friction with the material, making it easier for the material to advance.
