Product Overview:

This virtual torque meter consists of two parts: a USB data acquisition box and software. Combined with a torque sensor, the system collects torque and speed signals on site and can display torque values, speed values, and power values in real time. It can dynamically display real-time curves of torque and speed, achieve upper and lower limit alarm display, and has data storage and historical curve playback functions.
This software has a user-friendly interface and is easy to operate. The sensor range, upper and lower limit alarm values, and other settings are set through the software.
Operation Instructions:
1. Connection between USB data acquisition box and sensor
Weld the lead wires of the 25 core D-type socket provided by this machine, connect pin 1 of the D-type socket to the torque signal line of the sensor, connect pin 14 to the speed signal line of the sensor, connect pin 4 to the ground wire of the sensor, and then insert it into the 25 core D-type socket of the acquisition box.
2. Connection between USB data acquisition box and computer
