Dendrometer D1 manually measures changes in the circumference of tree stems and trunks
The tape measure of D1 is made of smooth and highly thermally stable Astralon material, which can be wrapped around the stem and fixed using a spring mechanism.
D1 has a ruler scale for precise reading.
D1 can measure the growth changes of trees with diameters ranging from 10-66cm. If the diameter of the tree is larger, two tape measures can be connected and used together.
Short springs should be used for stems with a diameter less than 40cm, while long springs can be used for stems with a diameter greater than 40cm.
