High precision electronic speed regulating motors can be set with five file test speeds. All integrated components are connected through plug-in connections. Preparation work before testing of digital plastic tensile testing machine
1. Before the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the system is preheated for at least 20 minutes in advance to minimize the temperature impact.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether lubricating oil should be added to the friction active parts for tensile strength.
3. Before adding the test piece, the brake handle must be stuck and released after adding the test piece.
4. The main bearing of the dynamometer is not allowed to be oiled. The friction wheel surface inside the gearbox must not be oiled or splashed with oil stains. The friction surface should be absolutely clean and the inclined block on the swing arm should not be violently impacted.
5. After the experiment is completed, cut off the power supply of the digital plastic tensile testing machine, and then clean the surface of the testing machine in a timely manner to prevent surface rust.
6. On average, the tensile machine is maintained 2 to 3 times a month.
