
1. Introduction
This machine adopts a structure that integrates the main engine and hydraulic system, which is compact and small. It adopts hydraulic loading and electronic force measurement, with functions such as loading rate display and peak holding, and is equipped with a micro printer. This machine is suitable for cement compression testing, building mortar compression testing, and can also be used for four point flexural testing of concrete.
2、 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by the motor to enter the oil circuit through the high-pressure pump, flows through the return oil valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The force measuring instrument collects and analyzes data through sensors, displays the real-time force value, and the tester controls the flow rate through the oil delivery valve to achieve the speed of the test force rate.
