Product principle

During the crushing process, baking soda raw materials will enter the grinding zone uniformly through the feeding port under the conveying effect, and the baking soda powder in the grinding zone will rotate at high speed with the grinding hammer. Baking soda material collides extensively with the hammer and gear ring, allowing for the crushing of large to small particles.

The crushed baking soda particles will rise into the classification area under the flow of air in the equipment, and materials with the required particle fineness will be collected inside the air flow pipeline through the classification wheel. The large particle baking soda powder will continue to enter the crushing zone for cyclic crushing under the operation of the grading wheel until it reaches the required production particle size.
