The probe head is made of polyphenylene sulfide, which is resistant to high and low temperatures and various chemical corrosion(PPS)Formed by injection molding of engineering plastics, the shell is made of stainless steel material, and the circuit board is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which can achieve moisture-proof, dustproof, anti-corrosion, and protection level up toIP67It has multiple signal outputs to choose from and is widely used in industries such as power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and machinery.

For special applications such as metal plate thickness measurement, material damage detection, and material deformation measurement, customization can be made according to customer requirements.

5、 Usage and installation instructions

1.Requirement for the tested object: The material of the tested object has an impact on the characteristics of the sensor. During factory calibration45#Steel as the tested material

2.When the measured object is a circular axis and its axis is orthogonal to the axis of the probe, it is required that the diameter of the measured object be greater than the diameter of the probe3More than twice, otherwise the sensitivity of the sensor will decrease.

3.The thickness of the measured object affects the sensitivity of the sensor. Metal materials with good magnetic conductivity such as steel require a thickness greater than0.1mmMetal materials with good magnetic conductivity such as aluminum require a thickness greater than0.6mm.

4.The measured surface should be smooth and free of holes, scratches, etc. For speed and phase detection measurements, convex platforms or grooves can be installed on the measured surface. Displacement measurements generally require that the surface roughness of the measured surface does not exceed0.81.6um,Shaft vibration measurement generally requires that the surface roughness of the measured surface should not exceed0.40.8um.

5.The monitored material is45#Steel. Other materials can be customized or usedECDS-1020Series on-site calibration, separation of probe and signal processor.
