The host and cleaning system, as well as the hot air cabinet, exhaust cabinet, and constant temperature mixing drum, are all made of imported high-quality stainless steel precision manufacturing, which meets GMP requirements. This product has passed the EU CE mark certification.

Basic working principle:
The core of the tablet is in a clean and sealed rotating drum of the coating machine. Under the action of the streamlined guide plate, it continuously moves in a complex track, flipping smoothly and exchanging frequently. The coating medium stirred by the constant temperature mixing bucket is sprayed onto the core from the inlet spray gun through the action of the peristaltic pump. At the same time, the hot air filtered by 100000 levels is introduced by the air duct distributor at the center of the drum. Under the action of exhaust and negative pressure, it passes through the core and is drawn away from the air duct distributor by the fan-shaped air slurry. After dust removal, it is discharged to quickly dry the coating medium on the surface of the core, forming a strong, dense, and smooth surface film. The entire process is completed under the control of PLC.

Performance characteristics:
1. The main drum adopts a mesh free structure and is completely sealed. Equipped with an internal guide plate to ensure smooth flipping of the core, avoiding debris and edge collision; The cylinder wall and guide plate have both undergone mirror polishing treatment, which has improved the yield of finished products. Compared to perforated models, this series of coating machines has a wider range of applications; More energy-efficient and auxiliary materials; More easily cleaned.
2. The wind collection process undergoes primary, secondary, and tertiary filtration to achieve a cleanliness level of 100000; The exhaust adopts a bag dust removal device, with a dust removal effect of 99%.
3. Design a special air source exchange system that can be used for cold and hot exchange according to process requirements. The fan-shaped fan blade can be either an inlet or an outlet, and the fan blade aperture ranges from 0.6 to 3.00MM according to customer needs, suitable for different specifications of coatings.
4. The drum is equipped with explosion-proof lights for viewing holes, making the materials in operation clearly visible and facilitating flexible control of process changes.
