System Introduction:

The temperature of the engine coolant is controlled by a closed external circulation cooling system. The temperature sensor in the system samples the temperature of the engine coolant and feeds it back to the temperature controller. The temperature controller compares the downsampled temperature with the set temperature, and then uses a proportional control valve to change the flow rate of cooling water entering the system heat exchanger to control the engine coolant temperature, making it close to or reach the set temperature. The system is equipped with an expansion tank, which can maintain a certain level of engine coolant in the system. When the water level is lower than the low liquid level, the solenoid valve automatically opens, and the supplementary water is replenished to the expansion tank through the filter and solenoid valve. When the liquid level is high, the solenoid valve automatically closes, and the replenishment is completed. The system is equipped with a pressure reducing valve, which releases when the system pressure exceeds 0.05Mpa to ensure the normal operation of the engine. The system controller adopts an intelligent temperature controller with a microprocessor as the core, and uses digital PID control technology to regulate and control the temperature. The temperature is set and displayed through the operation panel.

Users can use the RS232/485 serial interface of the computer to adjust or set system parameters and control programs.

Coolant constant temperature is a control device that provides a constant inlet temperature for engine testing. The constant temperature of the device can be set arbitrarily through a temperature control meter within the allowable working range.

The device uses a column tube type cooler as the heat exchange unit, with a small vehicle structure that can be installed close to the engine. All electronic control systems use imported temperature sensors, regulating valves, temperature controllers, and replenishment valves.

The system has the function of automatic or manual fluid replacement. The entire system has the characteristics of compact structure, stability and reliability, easy disassembly and cleaning, fast response, and high accuracy.
