The measurement and control instrument is a subsystem of the engine automatic measurement and control system, which is divided into two units: automatic measurement control and throttle/excitation (or water gate) drive control. It is used to control and measure the engine's speed, torque, power, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. It can be used alone or in conjunction with various subsystems of the engine's automatic measurement and control system, such as measurement and control software, industrial control computers, flow meters, smoke meters, etc., to form a powerful large-scale measurement and control system.

The measuring and controlling instrument is used to measure and control the speed and torque of the engine, so that the engine can operate at constant torque and speed under different working conditions, and various indicators of the engine can be measured under different working conditions; Internally, a 16 bit microcontroller control system is used.
