Explosion proof vibrating screen is excited by a vertical vibrating motor installed on the vibrating body. The rotating motion of the vibrating motor is transformed into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion through two unbalanced heavy hammers on the upper and lower ends of the vibrating motor shaft, and then transmitted to the screen surface. The material enters the equipment through the feeding port, and according to different material screening requirements, the material is screened through 1-5 layers of different mesh screens. During this process, the cleaning device (bouncing ball) located under each layer of screen continuously impacts and strikes the screen surface through frequency vibration, allowing the upper layer of the screen material to pass through smoothly and effectively solve the problem of material blockage. Materials with different mesh sizes are screened through the corresponding mesh screens in each layer and discharged at the discharge ports of each layer, achieving the purpose of screening, removing impurities, or filtering and grading.

1. Before starting up the new equipment, three flat steel transport support frames should be removed first.

2. Carefully inspect the firmness of components such as the vibration motor, locking ring, and shock absorber spring.

3. Check the fasteners of the rotary vibrating screen. If any looseness is found, it should be tightened in a timely manner.

4. Regularly inspect the connections and fasteners of each component of the rotary vibrating screen. If any looseness is found, it should be tightened in a timely manner to avoid the occurrence of loud noise, mechanical damage, and even foreign objects such as screws falling into the material caused by long-term vibration of the equipment.

5. The vibration motor should operate in a counterclockwise direction; Arrange materials clockwise.

6. It should be ensured that the materials enter the vibrating screen evenly to ensure the accuracy and output of the vibrating screen.

7. When screening dry materials, hoses or canvas covers should be connected to the inlet and outlet devices to prevent potential leakage or dust spillage.

8. The slurry screening and filtration usually use a single-layer double outlet rotary vibrating screen, which is depressurized and slowed down to a stable screen center through a buffer. The supply of slurry should be uniform and adjustable to avoid affecting the screening effect.

9. If there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the vibrating screen, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the problem should be eliminated before starting production again. 10. After the feeding is completed, the equipment should continue to run for about 5 minutes to completely drain the sieve and bottom materials, avoiding residual materials from becoming damp and affecting the next screening effect, or mixing problems caused by material replacement or mesh size.
