Linear slide rail
Adopting high-speed and high-precision ball linear slide rails, using rolling instead of sliding, with low wear, sensitive response, high positioning accuracy, and long service life.

High precision ball screw
The body adopts high-precision C3 grinding grade ball guide screws, with three sets of angled ball bearings at each end of the guide screw assisted by double nuts for pre tensioning, reducing accumulated thermal errors.

Fourth axis (rotating worktable) (optional)
Paired with a fourth axis rotating worktable, it can simultaneously perform multi-faceted machining and reduce non machining time for work loading and unloading.
Adopting worm gear transmission, precise positioning, and maintaining high accuracy even after long-term use.
The main shaft rotating part adopts high-precision bearings to ensure the stability of the rotating center.
The minimum segmentation angle is precise and commonly used in spiral cutting work and precision aerospace industry.

spindle
The spindle motor of this machine is connected through a special connection to complete the main transmission system, reducing the phenomenon of belt slippage and ensuring smooth speed ratio transmission. The spindle adopts P4 grade angular ball bearings, and the optimal span configuration has been obtained through engineering calculation and analysis to ensure maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and processing accuracy. The standard speed is 20000rpm.

bed
The major castings have been optimized and verified by computer design, making the machine tool structure solid and stable. The spindle is matched with guide rail design, making the rapid displacement of each axis smoother and more stable.

Oil temperature cooler
The cooling function can take away the heat source generated by high-speed operation of the spindle, avoiding the problem of thermal displacement of the spindle head, ensuring spindle accuracy, and extending spindle service life.

lubrication system
The lubrication system of the machine body adopts automatic timing and quantitative centralized oil supply lubrication system. The system is advanced in design, reliable in performance, compact in structure, small in size, light in weight and convenient in installation.

feed system
The servo motor is directly connected to the ball screw through a flexible coupling. Reduce the clearance of machine transmission and eliminate additional consumption caused by assembly accuracy errors.
