Installation and corresponding adjustments
1. About 2-3 meters away from the host, connect the traction and cut-off parts.
2. Adjust the foundation and place it steadily to prevent uneven stress on various parts of the machine, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. The power supply of the machine should be equipped with a knife switch (or air switch, etc.) and isolated from the mains for maintenance protection. The equipment should be reliably grounded or grounded to ensure electrical safety.
Operation and debugging
1. Check whether each connecting piece is firmly and reliably connected, and if there is any looseness, tighten it again.
2. Turn on the start switch, activate the traction and cut-off motors, and check if all components are rotating in the correct direction and if there are any abnormal noises during operation.
3. During normal production, adjust the front splitter frame. After the main machine discharges evenly, adjust the traction motor to synchronize the material delivery with the main machine discharge. The material is sent to the cutting part through the splitter frame and the pressing roller. Adjust the speed of the cutting motor to make the material cutting length meet the requirements.
