Main structure and working principle of plastic bag sealing machine:
1. The fully automatic plastic bag sealing machine consists of a frame, a deceleration and speed regulation transmission mechanism, a heating and cooling mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.
2. Connect the power supply, and all mechanisms will start working. 3. When the packaging containing items is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed into the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating zone. Then, it passes through the cooling zone, causing the surface temperature of the film to decrease appropriately. Use and operation of plastic bag sealing machine:
(1) Pre startup inspection and preparation:
1. The fully automatic plastic bag sealing machine adopts a 220V single-phase AC power supply and is equipped with a grounded three pin socket for the shell. Before use, check whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements, whether the wiring is secure and safe, and whether the ground wire is connected.
2. Adjust the height of the sealing machine according to the operator's work situation.
3. Check if the lubrication of each rotating part is good, and inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
4. If the electric heating tube is used for the first time or after a long interval, it may become damp and the insulation resistance may decrease (which is normal). Low temperature preheating should be carried out for half an hour before normal operation.
5. Adjust the height and front to back position of the conveyor according to the size and filling capacity of the packaging bag. The height adjustment should use a random special bending wrench to loosen the bridge gear nut, adjust it appropriately, and then tighten it: adjust the sealing width and positioning frame position according to the sealing size.
