The Yili brand graphite modified polypropylene falling film absorber is a new generation of falling film absorption equipment developed after the traditional graphite absorber. This product is mainly used for absorbing HCL gas to produce hydrochloric acid, and can also be used for absorbing easily soluble and corrosive gases such as HF, SO2, NH3, P2O5, H2S, etc. In addition, it can also be used as a falling film evaporation device for corrosive media with low to medium boiling points.
This product is a solid polypropylene structure with excellent corrosion resistance and good physical and mechanical properties. The absorption tube used for the falling film absorber produced by our company is a specially made 50% (weight ratio) graphite modified polypropylene tube with a specification of Φ 18 × 1.5mm, which has good film-forming properties and high heat transfer efficiency.
This product is currently an ideal absorption device with excellent performance. If used in conjunction with a packed tower, taking the preparation of hydrochloric acid by absorbing HCL as an example, the absorption rate can reach up to 99%, and the concentration of hydrochloric acid can reach over 30%.
