Since the introduction of security monitoring systems in China, financial system users have become one of the first adopters due to operational needs. From the era of video tapes becoming popular to the era of analog digital hybrid, and now to the era of digital high-definition, financial industry users have always been at the forefront of various industries. A commercial bank in a certain city, located in central China, has been building its monitoring system for over four years. For the purpose of safe operation and efficient monitoring, the bank plans to upgrade its monitoring system to cover its subordinates13A district and county branch55Upgrade a business savings office to a standard definition high-definition hybrid management network system.
2、 Business requirements
1The district and county branches have each built their own monitoring centers, and the original monitoring system is inconvenient to use. This period focuses on building a city level monitoring center, constructing a three-level networking system, with the city and county level networking being the key focus of system construction;

We adopt a three-level network management mode in the system design, with the municipal monitoring center as the highest authority monitoring center (i.e. the first level monitoring center), which is deployed3The servers are the central management, storage, and TV wall control servers. The first level monitoring center will become the management center of the entire monitoring system and is the focus of this system construction. Deployment of each district and county branch3Each server is responsible for its subordinate business outlets and serves as the secondary monitoring center of this system. As a three-level monitoring center, the savings office directly connects and manages the local hard disk recorder, which is connected to the front-end camera. Through a proprietary network, all monitoring units form a three-level networked management system from bottom to top.

Provided convenience for pre-sales, installation, after-sales maintenance, and further expansion of the system. 3Distributed:The three-level networking of cities, counties, and offices has adopted a new distributed architecture, which means that the savings office serves as a self-contained system for the three-level monitoring center, becoming a monitoring system with complete management capabilities, without the need to forward videos through streaming media to the higher-level monitoring center management server. Fully localized management greatly improves system stability, without relying on uploading broadband. The county monitoring center retrieves videos from the savings office and distributes them to the local management server, greatly saving broadband resources. The three levels of management agencies all adopt centralized connection between management servers, which fully reduces the risk of more and more videos going up and the pressure being concentrated in the central control center. The distributed system that solves all management problems in the front-end improves the management efficiency of the entire system. The centralized connection mode between management servers can also solve the network problem of only pairwise communication between the three levels. 4Comprehensive management:The access control system, alarm system, and intercom system are not only complete and independent systems, but also important components of the comprehensive management system. Through the new networked comprehensive management system, the video system interacts with the three related systems to achieve daily business interaction, rapid response in case of abnormalities, and flexible application between video based related system supervision and video control based on related systems. Real time reception of front-end infrared, motion detection and other alarm signals, display of alarm device status, network deployment and defense, etc. Remote control of front-end access control, once someone illegally invades the front-end, it will be redirected to the local area110At the same time as the alarm, the monitoring center automatically receives sound and image alarm information, and the center personnel can immediately handle it according to the plan; The monitoring center can conduct two-way intercom, broadcasting, and daily sound monitoring with the business outlets under its jurisdiction. 5Universal decoding:The mixed management of multiple encoding devices, combined operation of standard definition and high definition, has achieved unified management and clear hierarchy in the decoding of backend TV walls. When displayed on a large screen, it can display multiple images, switch between manual and automatic modes, split images, rotate groups, and switch categories. It can also be managed through mapping, by clicking on multiple layers of electronic maps on the large screen, monitoring and replaying videos of all business outlets. In summary, this project is an application for the transition from a medium-sized financial monitoring system to a high-definition monitoring system, which is suitable for users with less than optimal network conditions and limited budget. Gradually upgrade and adapt to demand, in order to achieve a fully digital high-definition monitoring system within a certain period of time, and move from visible to visible quality transformation.
