Fuel vehicle exhaust hydrogen emission tester
This instrument is mainly used to detect the hydrogen content in the exhaust of fuel cell vehicles. The instrument adopts a pump suction sampling method, high-precision amplifier, and highly stable power processing circuit to ensure fast, stable, and repeatable detection. The instrument adopts advanced thermal conductivity principles to calculate the hydrogen content based on the different thermal conductivity values of the tested component and the standard hydrogen sample. When the sensitive component adsorbs the measured gas, the thermal conductivity changes. The thermal conductivity change is converted into a voltage change through a conditioning circuit. We use the voltage concentration change to obtain a calibration curve, and the content of the measured substance component is obtained through the detected voltage signal.
Hydrogen hazard
Hydrogen mixed with air can form an explosive mixture, which can explode when exposed to heat or open flames, with an explosion limit of 4% -74%. Hydrogen reacts violently with halogens such as fluorine, chlorine, and bromine.
