1、 Equipment Description
The fully automatic and fully enclosed compressor parts ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly consists of ultrasonic coarse cleaning tank, ultrasonic fine cleaning tank, bubble anti rust rinsing tank, cutting tank, hot air drying, hot air generator device, automatic temperature control heating system feeding conveyor, PLC programmable single arm manipulator, frame, control system, cleaning part fully enclosed outer cover, etc; The fully automatic and fully enclosed compressor parts ultrasonic cleaning machine should be used for cleaning. The cleaning process of the cleaning machine equipment is controlled by a microcomputer, consisting of five stainless steel ultrasonic coarse cleaning tanks, ultrasonic fine cleaning tanks, two bubble anti rust rinsing tanks, and a hot air drying tank, forming a continuous working device; The operator places the cleaning basket containing the workpiece on the feeding conveyor roller or a dedicated trolley, and the robotic arm sequentially sends the tooling basket to each process section. 5、 Equipment features

6、 Control system
1. Adopt PLC programmable controller to control the entire operation process, which can be fully self operated or manually operated.
2. Each storage tank is equipped with a liquid level controller, and the low liquid level control is connected to the PLC to control liquid replenishment, heating, and pumping. In case of abnormal situations, emergency shutdown is achieved, and sound and light alarms are set up.
3. Install emergency stop buttons and alarm devices at both ends of the equipment.
4. Touch screen control, all pumps, motors, heating, liquid level and pneumatic lifting and translation systems display their status on the touch screen.
5. Equipped with an independent distribution cabinet, the circuit is divided into functional blocks, with strong and weak electricity divided for maintenance purposes.
6. The emergency stop button of the equipment mechanism is effective and reliable. When an abnormality occurs in the machine, press any emergency stop button to ensure that all parts of the equipment are powered off.
