Test Principle

Add 2ml of sample to a 7ml aluminum cup (1) and place it into the sample cup holder. During testing, the sample cup and bracket are raised to the top, forming a sealed testing cavity with the top heating ring (2). At the same time, the temperature sensor (3) is immersed in the sample liquid in the sample cup, and the temperature of the sample liquid is measured every 1 degree increase. The temperature of the sample is controlled in conjunction with the Peltier temperature control element (4) and the air cooling fins (5). After the sample liquid is heated, the vapor in the test cavity burns under the excitation of high-pressure arc (6). When the flash point is reached, there will be a significant increase in pressure inside the measurement cavity, which will be detected by the built-in pressure sensor (7). The instrument also has a built-in magnetic stirrer and magnetic stirrer (8) to quickly reach gas-liquid equilibrium of the sample vapor and improve detection accuracy.
