2. Equipment Explanation
2.1 The equipment adopts a dual track four cutting head (two heads on a single track) cutting method, which has higher cutting efficiency.
2.2 The cutting range of the equipment is 1200x1200mm, and the receiving area is 1200x800mm. The receiving area is equipped with an air gun for easy cleaning of the waste after cutting.
2.3 The equipment adopts a tracked conveyor belt, with a customized aperture of 3mm on the track to ensure the flatness of the film during cutting.
2.4 Add two static eliminators, upper and lower, at the point where the film enters the laser cutting platform. When we add a anti-static device to the waste part, the waste will separate from the track during transportation, which improves the problem of the waste rotating with the track once.
The equipment base plate adopts CNC precision machining to solve the problem of unevenness during track transmission and accurately control each suction port.
2.6 Customized feeding device, using angle sensors to control the tension issue during film feeding.
2.7 The suction adopts a variable frequency fan, which can adjust the wind speed.
3. Operation description
3.1 Workers load the material onto the feeding roller and adjust the flatness of the material.
3.2 Set up the cutting pattern, which can be directly set up by connecting to a computer or copied into the laser cutting machine using a USB drive.
3.3 Start the laser cutting machine, the fan starts, the feeding mechanism starts to rotate, and the track also rotates synchronously, dragging the film to the cutting station.
3.4 Move the film to the cutting station and start automatic cutting.
3.5 Cutting is completed, the track moves forward to the receiving area, and the worker retrieves the material.
Repeat action 3.4 until a roll of film is cut.
