Product Usage:
Mainly used for coarse and fine filtration of cooling water for power plant auxiliary equipment, industrial circulating water, fire-fighting water, domestic sewage, domestic water, detergent and similar suspensions. It has automatic filtering, automatic drainage, and automatic cleaning, and does not affect normal water supply during cleaning and discharging. And it is equipped with automatic alarms for high differential pressure, excessive torque of drain valve, and gearbox failure. The electrical system is controlled by a PLC programming controller as the core, which can achieve unmanned operation. The DLS type fully automatic water filter is suitable for filtering water with high mud and sand content and small amounts of floating debris. working principle:
This water filter is equipped with automatic filtration, automatic backwashing and cleaning, and automatic drainage. There are several or even dozens of filtering units inside that filter at the same time, and the sewage unit is only one of them, so it has the characteristics of low sewage consumption, high backwash force, high filtration accuracy, and easy maintenance. When in normal filtering state, the electric reducer does not start and the drain valve is closed. When the cleaning state is reached, the drain valve opens, the reducer starts and drives the drain fork to rotate, connecting the flushed filter unit with the drain outlet to form a drain passage. The dirt and impurities attached to the filter screen are automatically backwashed by the filtered clean water, causing the flushed dirt and impurities to flow out through the drain outlet with the opened drain valve.

The backwash device requires less water and can also be manually cleaned.
Installation and precautions:
(1) The automatic water filter can be installed horizontally at the inlet of the condenser or at the outlet of the circulating pump, with the same effect.
The length of the straight pipe section at the inlet of the filter screen should be greater than the diameter of the circulating water pipeline.
(2) Do not tilt during installation, and the connection should be firm.
(3) The distance between the filter screen and the inlet of the condenser circulating water pipe should be kept at least 100mm, and a compensation joint should be installed between the filter screen and the condenser for easy maintenance, disassembly, and compensation.
(4) After installation, all debris in the circulating water pipe in front of the filter screen must be removed, and a running test must be conducted before operation.
